The Truth About Cats and … Cats?
Yes, cats. Amy and I have both professed our love of French bulldogs (and will gladly take one of your hands if you have an extra, but cats are MAJOR right now. Seriously, have you walked into a store geared toward 20-something women? Guarantee it will have at least one cat-printed piece of merchandise.
So are cats the new “it” animal? Last fall there was a huge trend of owls – when I was in high school, it was the poodle. Penguins (my personal all-time favorite animal) even experienced some popularity a few years ago. Now, everyone is obsessed with cats. I mean, cats are cute and all, I just can’t believe fashion are embracing them in such a way.
Previously, the term “cat lady” had a negative connotation, now it’s a sense of pride. Whether or not you have a cat of your own, it won’t stop you from checking out these purrfect outfit ideas (Sorry, I had to).
